Introduction to EYANG Technology's Ultra-Thin, Low-Loss, and High-Capacity MLCC

Recently, EYANG Technology has successfully mass-produced and delivered the ultra-thin MLCC product, 1206-C0G(NP0)-100nF-50V, which has been well received by circuit designers for its outstanding performance:

Scenario 1: HNB Electronic Cigarettes
The working principle of HNB (Heat-Not-Burn) electronic cigarettes involves heating cigarettes at temperatures typically between 250~350°C to release smoke. Low-quality heat dissipation and insulation may cause rise the surface temperatures excessively. EYANG's Class I ceramic high-capacity MLCCs, with ultra-low loss and low ESR, effectively address overheating issue in electronic cigarettes. Additionally, the thinner size meets the compact space requirements of electronic cigarettes.
Scenario 2: Tablets
In the consumer electronics market, consumers often seek thinner and more portable devices. This trend drives manufacturers to reduce the overall thickness of electronic products while maintaining or enhancing performance. Recently, wireless charging has become popular in various consumer electronics, including tablets. However, heat generation on the receiving end is a major challenge for designers. EYANG's Class I ceramic high-capacity MLCCs, with ultra-low loss and low ESR, significantly reduce heat compared to Class II ceramics, effectively solving the overheating issue during wireless charging. The thinner size also meets the requests from Tablet manufacturers.
Scenario 3: Industrial Power Modules
In industrial power supplies, LLC resonant circuits are commonly used to reduce switching losses and improve power conversion efficiency. LLC resonant circuits require resonant capacitors with high-temperature-stability, high-effective-capacitance, and high-precision. EYANG's 1206-C0G(NP0)-100nF-±5%-50V MLCC meets these requirements perfectly with stable temperature characteristics, stable capacitance, and high precision. The conventional thickness product, 1.60±0.20mm (B1206C0G104J500NPL), has been mass-produced and supplied for years. However, some LLC circuit applications require even thinner modules. EYANG's new ultra-thin MLCC, B1206C0G104J500NRE, with a nominal thickness of 0.85±0.10mm, provides a feasible solution for designers with stringent height requirements.
