LLC converters employ Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM), where the pulse amplitude needs to be stable and be controlled through the switching frequency. Excellent Temperature Characteristics
In resonant circuits, capacitors need to maintain very stable capacitance characteristics despite temperature changes. The EYANG automotive-grade resonant capacitor products use Class I ceramic materials (C0G) that exhibit stable temperature characteristics, with a capacitance change rate of ±30ppm/°C within the temperature range.

Extremely Low ESR and Loss
High currents passing through resonant capacitors generate heat. EYANG's automotive-grade resonant capacitors have very low ESR, that results in minimal energy loss, reducing heat generation and ensuring the overall stability of the circuit.

Excellent Voltage Resistance
LLC converters are used in high-power supplies, requiring resonant capacitors to have high voltage resistance. The EYANG resonant capacitors meet high-rated voltage requirements from 630Vdc to 2000Vdc, with reliability testing voltage capabilities reaching 1.2 to 1.5 times the rated voltage (depending on the specific model, refer to EYANG's specifications).

The EYANG resonant capacitor series is built on the IATF16949 system. Our products have passed AEC-Q200 certification tests, providing stringent environmental reliability test requirements such as 85°C-85%RH-rated voltage for 1,000 hours and 1,000 temperature cycles.
Material Characteristics
EYANG’s automotive -grade MLCCs use Class I ceramic (e.g., C0G), which has superior temperature and higher frequency characteristics compared to Class II ceramic (e.g., X7R) and film capacitors. EYANG’s automotive-grade MLCCs are highly suitable for LC and LLC resonant circuits.
